Short, because this site collects nothing.
This website
bmt-media.com sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking script, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed. Nothing you do here is recorded or sent anywhere.
There is no contact form. The site links out to email and to a booking page, and nothing is collected until you choose to use one of them.
If you book a call
The booking page is Google's, hosted at calendar.app.google. It is not part of this site. When you book, Google collects and passes to us:
- Your name and email address
- Your phone number
- Your website address
- Your current monthly ad spend
- Anything you write in the free-text question
We use it to prepare for the call, to run the call, and to reply to you. Nothing else. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list.
Google acts as the processor for that booking. Their handling is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you watch a case study video
The videos on this site are served from bmt-media.com itself, not from YouTube or any other embed. Playing one sets no cookie and tells no third party.
If you email us
Email to matthew@bmt-media.com is hosted on Google Workspace and is processed by Google as part of that service. We keep correspondence for as long as we are in contact, and delete it on request.
How long we keep things
Booking details and correspondence are kept while there is an active conversation and for twelve months after the last contact. After that they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matthew@bmt-media.com and we will do it.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
